DBSD Superintendent Forum
Healy, Alaska: The Denali Borough School District Board invited the three superintendent finalists to Healy on March 5-6th. The finalists are William Burr, James Ortiz, and Kim Sweet. They will participate in a community forum on Thursday, March 5th at 6pm. This forum is being held in the Tri-Valley Multi-Purpose Room and will be broadcast via YouTube. The YouTube link is below.

The Board intends to announce its choice of a new superintendent following final deliberations on March 6, 2026. The new superintendent is expected to begin July 1, 2026.
